High, advanced technologies of renovation and construction allowed us to combine two epochs in this project at their best. "BlaumaņA Residence" is a true example of the interpretation of traditional European architecture in a modern city.
The residence "BlaumaņA" can rightly be recognized as one of the best works of the leading architect of the city of Riga at the end of the 19th century, Karl Felsko, who lived and worked during the period of the change of large artistic systems. The authorship of the master belongs to more than a hundred residential and public multi-storey buildings, most of which are listed in the cultural fund of the capital. His projects are distinguished by filigree elements of facade decoration – cornices, pediments, garlands, cartouches, which are a combination of traditional laws of harmony of space and style.
