Welcome to Ezerjugla, your new home on the Jugla lakeside. Here nature lives in synergy with the city: the breathtaking view of Jugla lake and the green yards from your windows and balconies will make you forget the urban hustle and bustle.
Ezerjugla consists of eight four-storey buildings in a meticulously planned, safe area. The complex offers two– and three–room apartments, most with spacious balconies. After a journey you can leave your car in one of the 535 above- or underground parking spaces. In addition, the convenient road infrastructure and public transport stops nearby will let you easily reach every destination
Comfort and elegance to benefit the residents
Apartments in Ezerjugla are offered with full finishing, so that the residents can settle into thei new homes without hassle. All apartments have triple-glazed windows and 13.3 mm thick three-layer parquet with a 2.7 mm top layer – a semi-matt oak Balticwood Oak Cottage. All doors are painted in white, while the exterior doors are veneered. Bathrooms are equipped with Gustavsberg plumbing, Salsa Biston bathtubs with front panel, as well as Austrian brand Eisl water taps and showers. Italian elegance extends throughout the design of the walls and heated floors with Italian-made tiles Idea ceramica in light, pale tones. In the apartments, where two sanitary facilities are intended, one of them is equipped, while the other one is built as a wardrobe with a water and sanitary plumbing system.
Ezerjugla architects
The project of Ezerjugla residential project was developed by an architecture and project design company SIA Zenico Projekts, which has been involved in the development residential and office buildings since 1995. The team of Zenico Projekts consists of certified architects with extensive experience in design, project management and on-site designer supervision. Many years spent in the development of partnership relations with competent building design specialists enable us to ensure a full project cycle - from pre-design analysis to operational technical drawings during construction. The buildings of Zenico Projekts are spatial since their initial sketches – the company performs design works in 3D environment.
Company is represented in Riga by Swedbank Headquarters in Ķīpsala, Rietumu banka headquarters, office of Mikrotīkls company in the territory of former VEF factory, Avalon hotel in Old Riga, the residential building in Strēlnieku iela 7 and the office building in Pērnavas iela 83.

The scope of the Ezerjugla complex is an unusual one for Riga. It will feature only one stage of implementation, which means that immediately after its opening the entirety of its vast territories, premises and utilities will be available to its residents, avoiding the noise and dust of ongoing construction work.
