Within the 12-meter hall of the open book, a library with works of philosophers that inspired the creation of the Philosophers’ Residence project, as well as other bright minds and poets, is located. From the hall through glass walls, appear views on Philosophers’ Alley and the elaborately landscaped and highlighted shore of the ancient Daugava surrounded with centuries-old oaks and maples.
Furniture includes soft couches for guest reception or relaxation with a cup of coffee and a book. The unique size of the hall is accented with a lamp – art-object of vast dimensions, lighting down from a 12-meter height. The desk for the friendly concierge is placed on one of the hall walls. A 4-meter two-valved door, built in the bookshelves stretching along with the ceiling of the hall, will lead you to elevators. After entering the door, you will find yourself in an elevator hall, finished with natural stones. The height of the ceiling in this hall is 6.3 meters, and a 5-meter mirror additionally exceeds the width of the hall. From here, designed “Schindler” elevators (ceiling height – 2.4 meters) will bring you to the necessary floor completed with your own environment and philosophy, where you will be awaited in a homey hall and designed door to your room – 2.4 meters in height.
APARTMENTS AND PENTHOUSES
When opening the entrance door, breath-taking views from windows appear before your eyes, being especially tremendous when contrasting with the warm and comfortable atmosphere of the interior. The height of the apartment ceilings inspires to breathe freely. Up until the 14th floor, the height of the ceiling is 2.9 meters, and on the higher floors – 3.1 meters, for those who love freedom.
