A65 courtyard apartments is the newest project - a large, quiet, green courtyard in the heart of the wonderful Grīziņkalns neighborhood, which has a special historical significance.
A65 is a high-quality renovation of the former laboratory building and props warehouse of Riga Film Studio into 12 comfortable loft-style apartments.
Advantages:

- A new roof covering was constructed.
- The renovation included large double glazed windows, French balconies and patio doors.
- A storage area for bicycles and strollers has been provided for the convenience of residents.
- The basement has been utilized for storage for each apartment.
All apartments in this project are fully finished and are offered with full finishing, the developer will be happy to help with furniture design if necessary. The area of the apartment is 96,6 m2, the area of the terrace is 30 m2.
Functional apartments are characterized by high quality interiors made of natural finishing materials.
- Stone mass baths, Laufen and Grohe sanitary ware, ceramic tiles, 33 class laminate or three-layer wooden parquet, veneered doors - all these have been chosen for the comfort of the new tenants.
- Each apartment has an individual heat meter, as well as hot and cold water meters.
- Heating is provided by a Toshiba air-water heat pump.
